PortalCloud provides hosting infrastructure and subdomains (e.g., *.portalcloud.org) for custom software, applications, and services developed for or operated by our clients and third-party developers.

You acknowledge and agree that PortalCloud acts solely as an infrastructure and service provider. The applications hosted on these subdomains are managed, operated, and controlled entirely by their respective owners, administrators, or corporate entities, not by PortalCloud. Your use of any client application hosted on a PortalCloud subdomain is subject to the independent Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provided by that specific application's operator.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability for Subdomains: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PortalCloud makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the functionality, security, accuracy, legality, or availability of any applications hosted on our subdomains. We assume no responsibility or liability for any user-generated content, data breaches, software bugs, intellectual property infringements, or damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from your interaction with these third-party applications. You access and use these subdomains strictly at your own risk.

Any disputes, claims, or technical issues relating to an application hosted on a PortalCloud subdomain must be directed exclusively to the respective application's operator or owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PortalCloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
